Transactions of shares effected by Management Board members The Management Board of City Interactive S.A.
hereby informs that on 09 July 2010 it received a notification from the CEO of City Interactive, Mr Marek Tymiński, the Issuer’s main shareholder, that on 06-09 July 2010 he effected transactions involving the Issuer’s shares. Mr Marek Tymiński bought 13,000 company shares.
