Sale of shares of City Interactive S.A. by a member of the Supervisory Board The Management Board of City Interactive S.A.
hereby informs that today the Company was notified by a Supervisory Board Member that on September 24, 2009 he sold 5,000 (five thousand) shares of the Company at a price of PLN 4,19 per share.
The total value of the transaction amounted to PLN 20,950.00 (twenty thousand nine hundred and fifty). The person obliged to communicate the information did not consent to disclosure of personal data.
