Subject: Resignation of a member of the Board Of Supervisors
The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (“the Company”) hereby informs that today, that is, on May 25th, 2020, the Company received a statement of resignation from the function of a member of the Board of Supervisors of the Company, submitted by Mr. Tomasz Litwiniuk. Mr. Tomasz Litwiniuk submitted his resignation in association with his intent to become a President of the Management Board. of United Label S.A., in which CI GAMES S.A. is the sole shareholder.
Accordingly with art. 369 § 5 in association with art. 386 § 2 of the Code of Commercial Companies, the mandate of Mr. Tomasz Litwiniuk shall expire on May 25th, 2020. Legal basis: § 9 in association with § 5 clause 4 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29th, 2018 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities and the terms and conditions for information required by the provisions of law of a non-member state being recognized as equivalent (Journal of Laws of 2018 item 757).
