hereby communicates the list of shareholders holding at least 5% of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company, which was convened on June 22, 2009:
1. Mr Marek Tymiński – having 7,233,704 votes at the Ordinary GMS, constituting 68.97% of votes at the Ordinary EGM and 57.69% of the total number of votes.
2. PKO Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. managing funds of PKO/CREDIT SUISSE – a having a total number of 667,030 votes at the Ordinary GMS, constituting 6.36% of votes at the Ordinary GMS and 5.32% of the total number of votes.
