“Conditional registration of 10,833,025 right to Ordinary bearer series H shares in Central Securities Depository of Poland”
The Management Board of Ci Games S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“Company”) hereby informs that on June 26, 2019, it became aware of a declaration of Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. in Warsaw (“KDPW”) (Central Securities Depository of Poland) no. 336/2019 on the registration in KDPW of 10,833,025 (ten million eight hundred thirty-three thousand twenty-five) rights to ordinary bearer series H shares of the company of nominal value PLN 0.01 (one grosz) each and about their marking with the code PLCTINT00091.
The registration of the abovementioned rights to series H shares shall take place, provided that they will be admitted to trading on a regulated market within three days from the moment KDPW received a decision on admission of these rights to shares to trade on a regulated market.
Detailed legal basis: Article 17 (1)(1) of the ordinance of the Minister of Finance on Thursday, March 29, 2018, on current and periodic information to be submitted by issuers of securities and on conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-Member State (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757).
