With regard to the current report no. 30/2015 of September 11, 2015 (”Report”) the Management Board of CI Games S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (”Company”), by way of an amendment specifies, that relevant provisions of the material agreement concluded with Koch Media GmbH (”Agreement”) are the provisions which state that: – the remuneration of Koch Media GmbH under the Agreement shall be based on the results of the sale of physical products (a copy of the game); – under the Agreement, the Parties will agree on a plan of promotion and marketing activities concerning the game Sniper Ghost Warrior3 on the territory covered by the Agreement; – the Agreement was concluded for the period of two years, starting from the date of publication of the game Sniper Ghost Warrior3 on each of the markets covered by the Agreement. At the same time, the Management Board of the Company emphasizes that the contractual reservations stipulated in the Agreement limit the Company with respect to the possibility of disclosure of the relevant provisions of the Agreement.
