Conclusion of a significant agreement The Management Board of CITY INTERACTIVE S.A. hereby makes public the information about the licence agreement which was concluded with MINDHABITS INC. with its seat in Montreal, Canada on May 14, 2009.
Based on this agreement, the Issuer obtained the right to publish the “MindTraining: Think Positive” game for the PC in Europe, Australia, New Zealand and Russia and for the Nintendo DS portable console in Europe, Australia and New Zealand. As of the date of making public the present report, it is not possible to precisely estimate the value of the agreement.
The Management Board of CITY INTERACTIVE S.A. estimates that the annual revenue from video games sales resulting from the agreement will exceed 10% of the Company’s own capital. Therefore, the agreement was deemed significant.
