a) Acting under Art. 87(1) and (4) of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated 19 October 2005 on current and periodical information communicated by the issuers of securities, hereby informs about the intent to regularly communicate the consolidated quarterly reports, containing quarterly financial information, and the semi-annual consolidated report, containing an abbreviated semi-annual financial statement;
b) makes public the dates up to which the periodical reports for the year 2009 should be communicated:
