“The list of shareholders holding at least 5% voting rights at the Ordinary General Meeting of CI Games S.A. on Wednesday, May 23, 2018”
The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“Company”) hereby informs that the sole shareholder holding at least 5% of voting rights at the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company that was held on May 23, 2018 (“OGM”) was Marek Tymiński, who at the OGM had 59,663,570 voting rights from his 59,663,570 shares. It accounted for 97.4% of the total number of votes at this OGM and 39.48% of the total number of the Company’s voting rights.
Legal basis: Article 70(3) of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, on Conditions for the Introduction of Financial Instruments to the Organized Trading System and on Public Companies (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 512, as amended).
