Subject: Appointment of a new member of the Supervisory Board
The Management Board of CI Games SE with a registered office in Warsaw (“the Company“) hereby informs that on 17 February 2025, the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company has appointed Mr. Nicholas Beliaeff to the function of Supervisory Board Member.
Enclosed to this current report the Company is presenting the information about the Supervisory Board Member appointed – his education, qualifications and previous positions along with a description of the course of his professional career. Mr. Nicholas Beliaeff is not involved in an
activity which competes with the Company and is not a stakeholder in a company that competes with the Company. Furthermore, he is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
Detailed legal basis: § 5.5) and § 10 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of
Laws 2018, item 757).
