Subject: Appointment of Chairman and Member of the Audit Committee of CI GAMES SE
The Management Board of Cl Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company“) informs that the Supervisory Board of the Company on September 23, 2024 passed a resolution on the appointment of Mr. Michael Foley as a member of the Audit Committee of the current term, and on the appointment of Mr. Marcin Garlinski as Chairman of the Audit Committee of the current term. The Audit Committee, with the current composition, meets the independence criteria and the requirements set out in Article 129 of the Act on Statutory Auditors, Audit Firms and Public Supervision of 11 May 2017.
Information on the education, qualifications and positions previously held, together with a description of the career history of the above-mentioned persons, was made public in current report No. 11/2023 of 8 February 2023 and No. 24/2023 of June 29, 2023.
