Subject: Resignation of the Supervisory Board member
The Management Board of CI Games SE, with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”), informs that on 4 th February 2026 the Company received a statement from Mr. Paul Schempp on his resignation from the position of a member of the Supervisory Board, effective as of the date of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company, i.e. 13 February 2026. The resignation statement did not include the reasons for it.
Detailed legal basis: § 5 (5) in connection with § 10 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 6 th June 2025 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
