Subject: Publication dates of periodic reports in 2024
The Management Board of CI Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw _”Company”_, acting pursuant to the § 80 item 1 of the regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information to be submitted by issuers of securities and on conditions for
recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-Member State _Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757 “Regulation”_, hereby informs about the dates of Company’s periodic reports publication in 2024:
1. Periodic report for the year 2023:
– Individual and consolidated annual report for 2023 – 30 April 2024.
2. Periodic reports for the year 2024:
– Consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2024 – 29 May 2024.
– Consolidated mid-year report for the 1st half of 2024 – 30 September 2024
– Consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2024 – 29 November 2024
Moreover, the Management Board of the Company informs that in accordance with § 79 item 2 of the Regulation, the Company shall not publish quarterly reports for the 4th quarter of 2023 and 2nd quarter of 2024. In the consolidated reports: quarterly and mid-year reports published by the Company will present the quarterly and mid-year abbreviated individual financial statements respectively. In accordance with the § 62 items 1 and 3 of the Regulation, the Company will not publish individual quarterly reports and separate individual mid-year report.
