Subject: Resignation of the Supervisory Board member
The Management Board of CI Games SE, with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”), informs that on 25 June 2024 the Company received a statement from Mr. Artur Osuchowski on his resignation as a member of the Supervisory Board, effective 25 June 2024.
Detailed legal basis: § 9 in connection with § 5(4) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757).
