Contents of the report:
The Management Board of CI Games, SE with its registered seat in Warsaw (the “Company”) informs that on 24 July 2023 the Company received a notification from attorney-at-fact of the following Notifying Parties: Active Ownership Fund SICAV-FIS SCS based in Luxembourg, Active Ownership Corporation S.à.r.l. based in Luxembourg, Active Ownership Capital S.à.r.l. based in Luxembourg, Active Ownership Advisors GmbH based in Frankfurt, Active Ownership Investments Ltd. based in Limassol, Mr. Florian Schuhbauer, Active Ownership LP based in Limassol, Active Ownership Management Ltd. based in Limassol, and Mr. Klaus Röhrig (jointly the “Notifying Parties”), based on Article 69(2)(1)(a), Article 69a(1)(3) and Article 69b(1)(2) of the Act on Public Offering, the Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and on Public Companies of 29 July 2005.
The said notification constitutes an appendix to this current report.
