The Management Board of Cl Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw _the “Company”_ informs that on 4 January 2024 the Company received a notification from the President of the Management Board of the Company – Mr. Marek Tyminski, prepared in accordance with Article 19 of the MAR Regulation.
