The Management Board of Cl Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company“)
with reference to current report no. 2/2026 of January 19, 2026, informs about the decision to
change the date of publication by the Company of the standalone and consolidated annual report
for 2025 to April 29, 2026.
The remaining information indicated in current report no. 2/2026 remains unchanged.
Detailed basis: § 84 sec. 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 6 June 2025 on current
and periodic information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as
equivalent information required by the law of a non-member state.
