Subject: Nomination of a candidate for a member of the Supervisory Board
The Management Board of CI Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw (“Company”), informs that on June 13, 2025, it received from the shareholder of the Company, Active Ownership Fund SICAV-FIS SCS, an application by Mr. Paul Schempp as a candidate for Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company. The application was submitted in connection with the Annual General Meeting of the Company convened for June 18, 2025 and agenda providing for the adoption of a resolution on the election of Member of the Supervisory Board. The application was accompanied by the candidate’s biographical information (BIO) and a statement, both of which are attached to this report to allow other shareholders to review the materials in advance of the AGM.
Legal basis: § 19 section 1 item 2) Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757).
