Subject: Resignation of the Supervisory Board member
The Management Board of CI Games SE, with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”), informs that on 27 May 2025 the Company received a statement from Mr. Florian Schuhbauer on
his resignation from the position of a member of the Supervisory Board, effective as of the date of the Annual General Meeting of the Company, i.e. 18 June 2025. The resignation statement did not
include the reasons for it.
Detailed legal basis: § 9 in connection with § 5(4) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and
conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757).
