Subject: Amendment of the terms and conditions of issuance of the series F bonds
The Management Board of CI Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company“), announces that on 19 April 2024, it adopted a resolution amending the terms and conditions of the series F bond issue and entered into an agreement with the sole bondholder holding 60 registered series F bonds issued by the Company (current reports No. 28/2023 of 14 July 2023 and No. 31/2020 of 20 July 2023) to amend the terms and conditions of the bond issue. In accordance with the resolution of the Management Board and the agreement, the provision regarding the deadline for submitting a request for early redemption was changed, in such a way that the term can be shortened by agreement between the Company and the bondholder.
Other terms and conditions of the Bond issue have not changed.
