Subject: Conclusion of Manufacturing and Distribution agreement with Plaion GmbH
The Management Board of Cl Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company“) informs that on 25 February 2026 the Company has entered into agreement for global distribution of the game “Lords of the Fallen II” (“LOTF II”) with Plaion GmbH with its registered office in Höfen, Austria (“Plaion”, “Agreement”). The Agreement covers the distribution of LOTF II worldwide.
The Company remains as publisher of the game, Plaion will distribute physical editions across all physical retail channels.
The provisions of the Agreement do not deviate from market conditions for this type of agreement.
The Management Board of the Company considered it reasonable to classify this information as confidential within the meaning of Article 17(1) of the MAR Regulation.
