Subject: Notification received from the person discharging managerial responsibilities in accordance with MAR 19 (1)
The Management Board of Cl Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company“) informs that on 25 March 2024 the Company received a notification from the President of the Management Board of the Company – Mr. Marek Tyminski, prepared in accordance with Article 19 of the MAR Regulation.
The content of the aforementioned notification is attached to this current report.
