Subject: Full repayment of the PKO BP S.A. loan. The Management Board of Cl Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw, Poland _the “Company”_ informs that the Company repaid in full the non-revolving operating loan agreement with Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski Spółka Akcyjna, based in Warsaw. The subject of the loan agreement was granting the Company a non-revolving operating loan in the amount of 20,000,000.00 PLN _twenty million zlotys_ for the period from March 27, 2023 to December 31, 2023 r. About the conclusion of the above loan agreement as well as an annex to this agreement, was announced by the Company’s Management Board in current report No. 13/2023 of March 28, 2023 and current report 38/2023 of October 31, 2023 r. The Company’s Management Board considered it reasonable to qualify this information as confidential within the meaning of the provisions of Article 17 _1_ of the MAR Regulation.
