Subject: Acquisition of shares in subsidiary United Label S.A.
The Management Board of Cl Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw, Poland _the “Company”_ informs that on 29 December 2023, there was a settlement of the transaction for the acquisition of shares in the Company’s subsidiary United Label S.A. carried out in accordance with the terms of the agreement for intermediation in the acquisition of shares, which was concluded with Trigon Dom Maklerski S.A. with its registered office in Krakow, regarding which the Company informed in current report 19/2023 dated 19 May 2023.
As a result of the transaction, the Company acquired 28,779 _twenty eight thousand seven hundred seventy nine_ shares in subsidiary United Label S.A. which represents 2.26% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of United Label S.A.
The Company’s Management Board considered it reasonable to qualify this information as confidential within the meaning of the provisions of Article 17 _1_ of the MAR Regulation.
