Subject: Statement of the National Depository for Securities S.A. regarding the conditional registration of series M shares

The Management Board of CI Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”), with reference to current reports no. 16/2026 dated March 26, 2026, 14/2026 dated March 18, 2026, and 13/2026 dated March 18, 2026, hereby announces that on June 1, 2026, it became aware of the issuance of a statement by the National Depository for Securities S.A. on May 28, 2026 (“KDPW”) No. 558/2026, regarding the registration of 28,000,000 (twenty-eight million) series M ordinary bearer shares of the Company with a nominal value of PLN 0.01 (one grosz) each (“New Shares”) in the securities depository operated by the KDPW under the ISIN code PLCTINT00018, provided that a decision is made by the company operating the regulated market, i.e. the Warsaw Stock Exchange (“WSE”), to introduce the New Shares to trading on the same regulated market to which other shares of the Company designated with the code PLCTINT00018 have been introduced.
The registration of the New Shares in the securities depository maintained by KDPW will take place within three days of KDPW receiving the WSE’s decision referred to above, but not earlier than on the date specified in that decision as the date of introduction of the New Shares to trading on the regulated market.
