Subject: Nomination of a candidate for a member of the Supervisory Board
The Management Board of CI Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw (“Company”), informs that on 4 th February 2026, it received from the shareholder of the Company, Active Ownership Fund SICAVFIS SCS, an application by Mr. Michał Józef Kwiatkowski as a candidate for Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company. The application was submitted in connection with the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company convened for 13th February 2026 (“EGM”) and agenda providing for the adoption of a resolution on the election of Member of the Supervisory Board. The application was accompanied by the candidate’s biographical information (BIO) and a statement, both of which are attached to this report to allow other shareholders to review the materials in advance of the EGM.
