Subject: Notification pursuant to Article 69 of the Public Offering Act
The Management Board of Cl Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company“) informs that on October 3, 2024, the Company received a notification under Article 69 of the Act on Public Offering the Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and on Public Companies regarding the indirect acquisition of 36,618,931 shares in CI Games SE by Active Ownership Group Ltd. in connection with the reorganization of the AOC group.
The said notification constitutes an appendix to this current report.
