Subject: Estimated share of sales of CI Games S.A. products in Russia and Belarus and the suspension of sales of products in Russia and Belarus
The Management Board of Cl Games S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company“) hereby announces that on 9th March 2022, the Company estimates approximately 1.8% of its consolidated revenues in 2021 came from sales in Russia and Belarus. At the same time, the Management Board of the Company informs that it has suspended the sale of the Company’s products in the territory of Russia and Belarus.
Legal basis: Article 17 Section 1 in connection with article 7 Section 1 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on Market Abuse (MAR).
