„Hexworks – the new development studio of CI Games”
The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (‘the Company”) hereby informs that today it adopted a resolution on official opening, as of September 8th, 2020, of a new development (production) studio located in Barcelona and Bucharest, under the name of Hexworks. The team of Hexworks consists at present of approximately twenty-five experienced developers from such countries as Spain, Great Britain, Germany, France, Romania, Denmark, Ukraine and the USA.
Projects developed by the new studio will focus on role-playing games of high quality in AA+ category. The first project of Hexworks is the “Lords of the Fallen 2” for new-generation consoles and PCs. The game is to be set in a mature fantasy world with a demanding gameplay. It is to be based on Unreal Engine.
Legal basis: art. 17 section 1 in association with art. 7 section 1 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 16th, 2014 on market abuse (MAR).
