Current information
“Change of the registered seat of CI Games S.A.”
The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (“Company”) hereby informs that today the Management passed a resolution on the basis of which on May 28, 2018 the address data of the Company shall change.
In accordance with the above resolution of the Management, the current address of the Company, that is ul. Puławska 182, 02-670 Warszawa, as at May 28, 2018, shall change and be as follows: ul. Zajęcza 2B, 00-351 Warszawa (building B4).
Detailed legal basis: para. 5 item 10 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of Thursday, March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information to be submitted by issuers of securities and on conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-Member State (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757).
