The management board of CI Games S.A. announces that, as at December 31, 2013, CI Games Group’s liabilities were estimated at PLN 17.4 million. This estimate was prepared by the company given the following: the currency for estimates is PLN. The liabilities incurred by CI Games S.A. and its subsidiaries were translated using the average exchange rates published by the National Bank of Poland during the period covered by the estimate. The estimate was not verified by a statutory auditor. The consolidated and separate report for 2013 will be published on March 21, 2014.
