hereby informs that on February 15, 2010 it was informed by a key employee of the Company on effecting a purchase transaction of 1,800 (one thousand eight hundred) shares of the Issuer on February 11, 2010 for a total amount of PLN 1,800, i.e. PLN 1.00 per share.
The transaction was performed outside the regulated market under a civil law agreement. The person obliged to communicate the information did not consent to disclosure of personal data.
