Change of terms for submission of interim reports for 2009. The Management Board of City Interactive S.A., with reference to current report No. 3/2009 dated 26 January 2009, in relation to coming into force of the Resolution of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 in the matter of current and interim information communicated by stock issuers and conditions of equivalency of information required by legislation of non-member states (Journal of Laws, Dz. U. 2009, No. 33, Item 259), hereby makes public the updated terms for submitting interim reports in 2009: 1. Extended consolidated quarterly reports: Q1 2009 – 15 May 2009 Q3 2009 – 13 November 2009 2. Extended consolidated semi-annual report for first year-half of 2009 – 31 August 2009 Annual non-consolidated report for 2008 – 30 April 2009 Annual consolidated report for 2008 – 30 April 2009.
The Company does not publish the interim report for Q2 2009.
