Subject: Change in publication date of the Company’s individual and consolidated annual report for 2021
The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (“the Company”) with reference to the current report number 3/2022 dated 28th January 2022 hereby informs that it has decided to change the date of publication of the Company’s individual and consolidated annual report for 2021.
The Company’s individual and consolidated annual report for 2021, originally scheduled for publication on 31st March 2022, will instead be published on 8th April 2022.
The remaining dates and information indicated in the current report number 3/2022 remain unchanged.
Detailed basis: § 80 sec. 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the law of a non-member state.
