Contents of the report:
The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (“the Company”) would like to inform about the cancellation on formal grounds, of the Company’s Ordinary General Meeting called for June 2, 2021 11 AM, which the Company has announced in the current report no. 5/2021 dated May 6, 2021.
At the same time Company’s Management Board would like to inform that an Ordinary General Meeting will be convened again promptly with the same agenda, of which the Company will inform in a separate current report. Marek Tymiński – President of the Management Board
