Subject: Information on legal status of the game Lords Of The Fallen 2
Due to the fact that the Management Board of the Company has obtained information that untrue information has been distributed among the general public, concerning the alleged potential risk of loss of the rights to source materials for the game Lords of the Fallen 2, and in association with the legal proceedings in course in this regard, the Management Board of the Company hereby informs that 100% of the rights to the brand and to all works created for the purpose of this game by the previously hired subcontractors belong solely to CI Games S.A. At the same time, the Company hereby informs that no legal action is pending against the Company in relation to the Lords of the Fallen brand or any games produced within the scope of this brand. All rights to the brand of the game and any source materials delivered to the Company and concerning the Lords of the Fallen 2 game on the basis of any previous agreements or arrangements belong solely to the Company. Therefore, on the basis of the information held, the Management Board of the Company hereby informs that it has not identified any potential risk of legal action taken in association with the brand of the Lords of the Fallen game or any disputes concerning demands of subcontractors previously involved in production of games within the scope of this brand, which could cause emergence of any significant material obligation on the part of the Company. Legal basis: art. 17 section 1 in association with art. 7 section 1 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 16th, 2014 on market abuse (MAR).
