“Submission of resignation by Member of the Supervisory Board”
The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“Company”) hereby informs, that today, that is on September 14, 2017, Mrs Dasza Gadomska resigned from her function of the Member of the Company’s Supervisory Board as well as form the position of President of the Supervisory Board due to personal reasons.
Pursuant to the provision of art. 369 § 5 in connection with art. 386 § 2 of Code of Commercial Companies, the mandate of Mrs Dasza Gadomska expires as of September 14, 2017.
Legal basis: § 27 as read with Article 5 (1) (21) of the ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information to be submitted by issuers of securities and on conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-Member State (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 133 as amended).
