“Total early repayment of revolving working capital facility credit granted by PKO BP”
The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“Company”) hereby informs that today the company made total early repayment of revolving working capital facility credit in Polish zlotys granted by Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“Bank”) on May 27, 2015. The company’s Management informed about the conclusion of the credit agreement and annexes to this agreement by way of current reports no. 14/2015, no. 3/2016, no. 29/2017 and no. 43/2017, and on partial repayment of this credit the Company’s Management informed by way of current report no. 44/2017.
Total repayment of the said credit together with interests, on July 27, 2017 amounted to PLN 15,022,283.18 (in words: fifteen million twenty two thousand two hundred eighty three zlotys 18/100). As a result, the Company regulated all of its credit liabilities towards the Bank existing as of the day of publication of this current report.
This information is considered confidential, due to its importance for the Company.
