Subject: List of shareholders possessing at least 5% of the votes at Extraordinary General Meeting of CI Games S.A. dated 6 December 2021

The Managing Board of CI Games S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (“the Company”) hereby informs that the following shareholders held at least 5% of the number of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company which took place on 6^th December 2021 (“OGM”):

1. Mr. Marek Tymiński, who held 52,663,570 votes at the OGM based on 52,663,570 shares held. This constituted 78.34 % of the number of votes at that OGM and 28.79 % of the total number of votes in the Company at the date of registration of shareholders for the OGM and 28.79 % as of the date of the OGM;
2. Rockbridge Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty Gier i Innowacji, Rockbridge Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty Long-Short, SS1 Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty, NGU Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty, Rockbridge Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty SMALL CAPS +, Rockbridge Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty Alpha Hedge – Short, Rockbrigde Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Parasolowy with separated sub-funds: Subfundusz Akcji Małych i Średnich Spółek and Subfundusz Gier i Innowacji, represented by Rockbridge Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. with the registered office in Warsaw, holding a total of 14,334,031 votes at the OGM based on 14,334,031 shares held. This represented 21.32 % of the number of votes at the OGM and 7.83 % of the total number of votes in the Company at the date of registration of shareholders for the OGM and 7.83 % as of the date of the OGM.
