Information of the Management Board concerning consolidated revenue of the Company Management Board of City Interactive S.A.
hereby informs that in relation to the compliance with the official position of the auditor conducting the audit of financial statements for 2009, a part of revenue for 2008 in the amount of PLN 991,000, referring to the sale of licences, was calculated as revenue for Q1 2010. In relation to the above, consolidated revenue from sales generated by City Interactive S.A. Group in Q1 2010 amounted to PLN 11.9 million, and not PLN 10.9 million, as per the Management Board’s current report No. 22/1010 dated 9 April 2010. After creating reserves for returns and repricing, the amount of consolidated revenue from sales shall equal PLN 11.2 million.
