“Submission of resignation by Member of the Management Board”
The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw hereby informs, that today Mr. Maciej Nowotny resigned from his function of the Member of the Company’s Management Board as of Wednesday, October 17, 2018, without providing any explanation behind his resignation.
Pursuant to the provision of article 369 § 5 of Code of Commercial Companies, the mandate of Mr. Maciej Nowotny expires as of October 17, 2018.
Legal basis: para. 9 as read with 5 item 4 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of Thursday, March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information to be submitted by issuers of securities and on conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-Member State (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757).
