Subject: Resignation of a Supervisory Board Member
Legal basis: Art. 56 section 1 clause 2 of the act on public offering: current and periodic information
The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (“the Company”) hereby informs that today, i.e. 1st September 2022, the Company has received a statement of resignation from the function of a member of the Supervisory Board made by Mr. Grzegorz Leszczyński submitted with effect on 5th September 2022, i.e. date of the Company’s Extraordinary General Meeting.
The detailed legal basis § 9 in association with § 5 clause 4 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29th, 2018 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities and the terms and conditions for information required by legal provisions of a non-member state recognized as equivalent (Journal of Laws of 2018 item 757).
