hereby informs that on 24 June 2010 it received a notification from the CEO of City Interactive, Mr Marek Tymiński, the Issuer’s main shareholder, that on 24 June 2010 he effected transactions involving the Issuer’s shares.
Mr Marek Tymiński bought 17,000 company shares. Legal ground: Art. 160(4) of the Act on trading – information concerning transactions effected by persons having access to confidential information.
