The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (“the Company”) hereby informs that on 12 October 2021 the Company received from the Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company – Mr Rafał Berliński the notification about share purchase transactions (“Notification”) relating to the Company’s shares.
The Notification is attached to this report.
Legal basis: Article 19 Section 3 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on Market Abuse (MAR).
