“Information on transaction on registered subscription warrants series B issued by CI Games S.A. obtained pursuant to Art. 19 MAR”
The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (“Company”) hereby informs, that on April 3, 2017, the Company received three notifications on transaction on registered subscription warrants series B issued by the Company in relation to the Incentive Programme addressed to key employees and associates of the Company, including the Members of the Board of CI Games S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw, addressed to the Company by three Members of the Management Board pursuant to art. 19 (1) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) no. 596/2014 of April 16, 2014, concerning market abuse regulation (MAR) and repealing the Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (MAR).
