The management board of CI Games S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (”Company”) hereby informs that yesterday, that is on September 15, 2015 the Company entered into a distribution agreement with the Company QV Software with its registered office in Australia. The subject of the contract is the distribution of the game “Sniper Ghost Warrior3” on the territory of Australia and New Zealand (”Agreement”) The relevant provisions of the Agreement do not differ from those commonly being in use, common for the provisions of these kinds of agreements. The Company has experience in the cooperation with QV Software, gained during the distribution of titles published by the Company in the past. The Agreement has been considered significant on the date of its conclusion, as the value of the subject of the Agreement exceeds 10% of the equity of the Company. Legal basis: §9 regarding §5 (1) (3) of the regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information to be submitted by issuers of securities and on conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-Member State.
