The Management Board of the Company CI Games S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (“Company”) hereby informs that the Company received today from Bandai Namco Entertainment America Inc. (“Bandai Namco”) a letter in which Bandai Namco questions the effectiveness of the Company’s statement on termination of material agreement, about which the Company informed in the current report no. 20/2015 of July 31, 2015. The Company’s Management Board holds its position, that the said statement on the termination of the agreement with Bandai Namco resulted in the intended by the Company effect which is the termination of the agreement with Bandai Namco.
