The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (“Company”) hereby informs that on June 24, 2015 the Management Board of the Company appointed Łukasz Misiurski and Monika Rumianek as Members of the Management Board of the Company. Łukasz Misiurski and Monika Rumianek will serve as Members of the Management Board of the Company from the date of their appointment i.e from June 24, 2015. Łukasz Misiurski currently serves as the Company’s Publishing Director. Łukasz Misiurski has nearly ten years of experience in video games industry. For nine years he has been working in CI Games S.A. At first Łukasz Misiurski was a manager in the Quality Assurance Department in the Company, then, gradually, he was holding executive positions and responsibilities and in the following years he was the head of the Production Department, Marketing Department and Publishing Department in CI Games S.A. He is a graduate of a postgraduate administration course of the Kozminski University in Warsaw. Monika Rumianek is currently the Company’s HR Director. She has several years’ experience in HR field. She is a graduate of postgraduate studies at the Institute of Applied Social Sciences of the University of Warsaw where she completed employment specialist specialization programme. She started her career in 2001 in AJ Consulting recruitment agency, where she was responsible for recruitment for managerial and specialist positions for IT industry. In the years 2003-2013 she was involved with TARGET Executive Search, at first as a Consultant, then as a Senior Consultant, where she was responsible for carrying out recruitment projects by a direct search for managerial and specialist positions in various fields. She has joined CI Games S.A. in 2013. Since 2015 she is the HR Director and she is responsible for personnel policy of the Company. According to the statements submitted to the Company, Łukasz Misiurski and Monika Rumianek are not involved in the competitive activity against the Company, are not associates in competitive private partnerships or commercial partnerships and are not members of any company’s body or members of any competitive legal entities’ body. There is no entry for Łukasz Misiurski and Monika Rumianek in Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to Act of August 20, 1997 on National Court Register. Legal basis: Art. 5 (1) (22) (b) and art. 28 of the regulation of Minster of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information to be submitted by issuers of securities and on conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-Member State.
