The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“Issuer” or “Company”) hereby informs that on 27 March 2015 the Issuer submitted to the company Deck13 Interactive GmbH with its registered office in Frankfurt am Main (“Deck13”) a statement on the termination of the agreement concluded on 28 November 2011, of the conclusion of which the Company’s Management Board informed in the current report no. 48/2011 of 28 November 2011. The subject matter of the agreement with Deck13 was the production of the game Lords of the Fallen (“Agreement”). The Agreement shall terminate on the date of receipt of the statement on the termination by Deck13. The Agreement with Deck13 was a significant agreement on the date of its conclusion and the date of submission of the statement on the termination. The reason for the termination of the Agreement is improper performance of the Agreement by Deck13. In the opinion of the Management Board, the termination of the Agreement shall not adversely affect the Company’s results in 2015 and subsequent years. The Issuer continues to work on new versions of the game Lords of the Fallen for the new generation consoles and mobile devices, using the work of both direct employees and associates of the Company in the Issuer’s organisational structure, as well as the cooperation with external partners of the Company.
