Pursuant to § 103 sec. 1 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of February, 19 2009 on current and periodic information disclosed by issuers of securities and the terms for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Polish Journal of Laws of 2014 item 133; the “Ordinance”), the Management Board of CI Games S.A. hereby provides dates for the publication of periodic reports during the financial year 2016: a) Consolidated and separate annual report for 2015 – February 26, 2015; b) Consolidated report for Q1 2016 – May 16, 2016; c) Consolidated report for H1 2016 – August 30, 2016; d) Consolidated report for Q3 2016 – November 14, 2016. At the same time, the Issuer’s Management Board declares that: a) pursuant to § 102 sec. 1 of the Ordinance, it will not publish a separate quarterly report and consolidated quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2015; b) in accordance with § 101 sec. 2 of the Ordinance, it will not publish a separate quarterly report and consolidated quarterly report for the second quarter of 2016; c) pursuant to § 83 sec. 1 and sec. 3 of the Ordinance it will not publish individual separate quarterly reports or separate semi-annual report, however consolidated quarterly reports and consolidated semi-annual report will contain the relevant quarterly financial information and condensed semi-annual financial statements together with a report on review by a statutory auditor.
